Job Responsibilities
1. Design, implement, and facilitate high impact training courses and programs
2. Plan training schedule and resources
3. Manage and leverage external training resources to fulfill internal learning needs
4. Ensure the effectiveness of training follow-up process
Job Qualifications
1. Master’s degree or above and major in Human Resource, Psychology, MBA, or other related fields
2. Strong capability in training and development domains
3. Good analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
4. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
5. Prefer to have well-developed coaching or facilitation skills
