Job Responsibilities
Responsibility:
   
1. Compile qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insight.
2. Identify and integrate HR processes and practices in support of organizational and cultural transformation with balanced global and local perspective.
3. Design and implement appropriate interventions to address and respond to organization development and talent development issues.
4. Provide tools to facilitate changes and enable managers to make contributions to the organization and talent development.
5. Conduct benchmark research and experiments to be up-to-date with new models and practices.
6. Enrich TSMC Organization Development Knowledge Management by integrating practical experiences and theoretical frameworks.

Job Qualifications
1. Feel comfortable dealing with project ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
2. Quick learner with self-motivation and open-minded attitude.
3. Master's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resource, Psychology or HR related fields.
4. Good at innovation, result-oriented, teamwork and learning ability.
5. Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English (TOEIC: 850+ is a plus).
6. Minimum 3 years of HR related work experiences.
7. Preferable skills: Data analysis, behavioral science, performance consulting, organizational diagnosis, instructional design professions.
