Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

1. To provide administrative assistance to the Dept. manager.
2. To perform administrative duties by controlling stationery, maintaining phone directory, on-duty roster, office equipment, petty cash/request of check and PR. 
3. To perform secretarial duties by providing accurate and efficient PC skills, answering phone calls and receiving visitors.
4. To organize meetings and appointments, prepare/coordinate agenda and take minutes if required.
5. To make overseas travel arrangement and hotel reservation.
6. To act as a contact window by liaising with outside parties and coordinating with internal functions/departments.
7. To do budget planning and management.
8. To perform other duties assigned by the Dept. manager.

 

(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

 


Minimum Qualifications

1. College or above. Business level of Japanese (N2 or above) and Mandarin. Fluency in English is a plus.
2. Familiar with Microsoft Office. 
3. Experience in office administrative tasks, report & document processing.
4. Effective and be able to work under pressure.
5. People-oriented, proficient in communication and coordination skills.
6. Initiative, organized , flexible, passionate, energetic, independent and dependable, and detail-oriented.
7. Time Shift:Normal shift.
8. Work Location:Kumamoto, no need to travel.

 

 

Working Conditions

1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
3.
