Job Responsibilities
1. Support HR functions in rationalizing and simplify business processes; translating business requirements into IT specifications
2. Manage and coordinate HR IT projects as well as the daily operations of HR IT applications
3. Support HR functions to ensure the consistency, accuracy and validity of HR data quality, and data analysis
Job Qualifications
1. Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multi-task while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities
2. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
3. Flexible for changes, quick learner, team player with high EQ
4. 2-5 years of experience in IT system development or management 5. Familiar with SQL, Python, statistical software (e.g. SAS, JMP, R), and RPA applications 
6. Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors preferred 
7. Master’s degree or above in HRM or related domains
