Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the alignment of talent strategy with business strategy, and to act as a change agent / strategic partner for business
2. Strategic planning on workforce, reskilling of employees, and succession planning
3. Coach leadership skills on HR matters 
4. Boost organization efficiency and effectiveness, and develop people capabilities
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Management, or the related domains. 
2. Minimum 8 years of working experience in HR, and proficient in HR disciplines, including talent search, performance management, organization design, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations. 
3. A good understanding of semiconductor/software industry. 
4. Excellent and influential people skills to build trust and credibility with line managers. 
5.  A true team layer who is not afraid to take initiatives and can think out of the box to drive changes and innovations. 
6. Proven track record of project management from project initiation to completion. 
7. Equip with a proactive, data-driven, and global approach mindset. 
8. Proficient in both English and Mandarin, especially in writing & speaking skills.
