Job Responsibilities
1. Carry out key people events and procedure-driven HR activities.
2. Conduct organization diagnosis both via quantitative and qualitative approaches, for instance (but not limit to) : people data analysis and employee voice collection.
3. Support talent management projects, process and emerging initiatives which align with functional strategy.
4. Join HRBP related taskforce and collaborate with HR COE partners.

Job Qualifications
1. Have master’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business Management, or the related domains is preferred.
2. Have 5~8+ years of working experience in HR, especially with client-facing HR solution, talent management, OD, or employee relations experiences is preferred.
3. Demonstrated learning agility and team player spirit.
4. Demonstrated abilities in problem solving, data analytics, project management, change management, influence, implementation excellence, and communication across different level.
5. Professional level for both oral and written Chinese/English.
