To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

Facility Project Coordination Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Facility Project Coordination Engineer, you will support the Project Management Team by facilitating clear communication channels between stakeholders and project managers to ensure alignment of goals, expectations, and activities throughout the project lifecycle. You will provide regular status updates, progress reports, and conduct meetings with key stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
1. New challenges: Become part of the facility team to build ESMC's 300mm semiconductor fab.
2. Ownership & Optimization: Support the Project Management team. Monitor decisions and action items to ensure smooth collaboration and communication. Host internal Project Management team meetings to secure internal alignment, document decision making process and follow up on action.
3. Expertise: Develop a Project Management Plan, Risk management and analytics.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Support data analytics on key project milestones and risk items to mitigate budget overrun and timeline delay scenarios.
5. Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings, reliability improvements, and integration of best practices.
6. Collaboration: Identify and address potential interface conflicts early to prevent disruptions and maintain project targets. Provide ad hoc facility team support.
7. Risk Management: Conduct regular risk review sessions for early identification of risks and define and implement tailored mitigation measures to reduce risks.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications and Education:

Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Must have experience:

1. 2-5+ years previous experience in project administrative functions is required.
2. A technical background in facilities engineering, infrastructures and systems of industrial processing plant or semiconductor experience desired.

Language Skills:

Fluent German and English language skills.

Professional Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Personal Attributes:

1. Ability to work cooperatively with other engineers and management.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
