Job Responsibilities
This role is based in Employee Communications & Relations team at Human Resources, and you will be responsible for internal community management, KPIs development, and the project-based assignments, including but not limited to :

1. Develop, manage, and improve internal communication channels
2. Support ECR projects (e.g., Human Rights)
3. Support internal communications initiatives
4. Develop and track Employee Communication & Relation KPIs
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in HR, labor relations, social policy, or business management related backgrounds
2. Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experiences in communications and project management domains
3. Proven track records of project management from project initiation to completion
4. An efficient coordinator with interactive people skills to work with multiple stakeholders and drive positive results
5. Demonstrate self-motivated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities
6. An open-minded team player who is not afraid to take the initiative and can think out of the box to drive changes and innovations
