Job Responsibilities
The role is responsible for EUV scanner tool performance control / improvement/ capability boost and troubleshooting as well as the collaboration with tool supplier for new design development. The qualified candidate requires strong lithography technical background, project management capability, interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
Job Qualifications
1. Master's Degree or above in EE, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in lithographic scanner and process technology development.
3. Proven leadership experience with a good record of managing technical teams.
4. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication, technical ability and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with vendors for meeting the goals and requirements.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
