To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate: 

Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in ensuring new hires experience their onboarding as seamless and engaging. Acts as single point of contact internally and externally, performs critical administrative tasks to ensuring compliance, process effectiveness and closed loop communication. Supports continues improvement projects and communicates with candidates and new employees, guiding them through orientation, training, and integration into our company culture.
Job Responsibilities
1. Facilitate end-to-end onboarding for new hires, preparing documents, conducting orientations
2. Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand team needs and ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles
3. Coordinate and conduct initial training and induction sessions to help new hires succeed in their new roles
4. Support new employees by answering questions, addressing concerns and supporting with relevant information
5. Manage employee data and ensure HR systems are up to date, track and follow up the completion of required forms and documents
6. Introduce new employees to the company’s mission, values, and culture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
7. Assist with creating and maintaining onboarding resources and templates, such as welcome kits and training material 
Job Qualifications
Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication or related field or equivalent work experience

Must have experience:

1-2 years of experience in HR, Onboarding or similar administrative roles

Language Skills:

1. Bilingual in English and Germany
2. Mandarin skills a strong plus

Professional Skills:

1. Friendly, approachable communicator
2. Enthusiastic about helping new employees feel welcomed
3. A proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
