Job Qualifications
1. Master's degree or Ph.D. in Material, Chemical engineer, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent experience of
2. 5+ years in FEOL dielectric or conductor CMP
3. CMP materials specialty in slurry, pad, disk and clean chemical development
4. CMP control expertise in endpoint and APC
5. CMP hands-on capability on tool and metrology
