Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop change strategy & roadmap creation:

(1) Change impact analysis, planning, and developing change management strategies, building functional models & architectures, developing procedures, documents, and other related management and technical duties from approved scope.
(2) Identify and optimize user channels in order to enable efficient process execution, improve accessibility, and achieve closer customer alignment.

2. Mgmt./Establish metrics and KPIs/cross-function coordination:

(1) Able to prioritize, devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders to make and deliver to commitments through structured and pragmatic organizational processes.
(2) Design and deliver communication plans to facilitate awareness and adoption of change. Lead shareholder engagement activities, including training sessions and workshops.

3. Resource management and tracking:

(1) Manage the budget and manpower plan for HR Operations Council Monitor and measure the change effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary.
(2) Demonstrated ability to work and deliver results in a dynamic, cross-functional, cross-cultural, highly matrixed and team-oriented environment; able to build network, develop alliances and work through people.
Job Qualifications
1. Qualifications:

(1) 10+ years of relevant experience, and minimum 4 years in a senior, regional or global HR role.
(2) Track record of driving process improvements and transformation projects using an innovative and creative mindset.
(3) Knowledge of Human Resources-related principles and business processes, ability to generate solutions for a wide variety of Human Resources issues.

(1) Ability to quickly understand, connect the dots and translate business priorities into HR implications.
(2) Good understanding of trends in HR, labor market and business environment across Asia and globally.
