Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. Job Responsibilities
1. Conducts research and provides actionable insights to support the development of career management solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and technological advancements.
2. Designs and provides integrated tools to help TSMC stakeholders assess and nurture leadership potential across various career stages, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.
3. Assists in developing and operationalizing leadership and career management frameworks tailored to TSMC’s organizational goals and employee development needs.
4. Offers support in designing programs that integrate personal aspirations into career development, enhancing employee alignment with TSMC’s mission and culture.
5. Assists in building and implementing predictive systems to help TSMC stakeholders track career trajectories and succession readiness, enabling proactive workforce planning.
6. Facilitates the adoption and effective use of tools and resources by end users to streamline career and leadership development processes, driving career growth and talent engagement at TSMC.

2. Job Requirements

(1) At least 5 years of experience in talent development, talent management, or career assessment across levels within global organizations or reputable consulting firms.
(2) Postgraduate qualifications preferred in HR management, psychology, business management, sociology, or education.
(3) Strong project management abilities, with expertise in interpreting and applying leading assessment tools to design actionable development plans and strategies.
(4) Professional fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
