Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

The AI Product Manager for TSMC Business Systems will play a pivotal role in driving the integration of artificial intelligence into our business processes. This role will support TSMC's digital transformation and global operations by leading AI projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable business value.
Job Responsibilities
1. Product Management:

(1) Lead and manage AI products/projects within the Business Systems domain, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
(2) Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.

2. Digital Transformation:

(1) Support TSMC's digital transformation initiatives by identifying areas where AI can add value.
(2) Drive the adoption of AI solutions to streamline operations and enhance decision-making processes.
(3) Ensure AI projects contribute to the overall strategic objectives of TSMC’s global operations.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

(1) Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and efficiencies.
(2) Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
(3) Present project updates and outcomes to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably in AI or technology-driven projects.
3. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business systems.
4. Experience in the semiconductor industry or manufacturing environment is a plus.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
