Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Zuständigkeiten
1. Assessment Research: Monitor global psychometric trends to inform tsmc recruitment assessment strategies.
2. Assessment Design: Architect end-to-end (behavioral, cultural, and some technical) assessment frameworks for IDL/ DL roles.
3. Product Lifecycle Management: Own the assessment product lifecycle from design to deployment with scientific rigor.
4. Validation & QA: Apply psychometric principles (reliability, validity, bias mitigation) to ensure legal and scientific compliance.
5. Volume & Campus Hiring: Integrate assessments into high-volume and campus recruitment processes targeting STEM talent.
6. Internal SME: Advise TA teams and business leaders on assessment science and selection frameworks.
7. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 2–3 specialists, delivering results through team and fostering collaboration.
8. Tech Innovation: Evaluate and pilot AI-powered tools to improve assessment efficiency and candidate experience.
9. Governance & Compliance: Establish assessment standards for bias mitigation, data privacy, and legal fairness.
Qualifikationen

3. Detail-Orientation: Thoroughly identifies methodological gaps before they impact outcomes or candidate experience.

5. Integrity & Candor: Communicates directly with data and evidence, modeling integrity in all dealings.

Other Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 10 years in assessment, talent acquisition, or related HR domains.
2. People Management: 3+ years managing teams and building high-performing talent.
3. Domain Expertise: Background in I-O Psychology, HR, Statistics, Psychometrics, or Assessment Science.
4. Recruitment Exposure: Experience in campus, STEM, or volume recruitment assessment design (either in-house or consulting)
5. Analytical Orientation: Skilled in quantitative methods, translating research into practical business recommendations.
