Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

Job Content :

1. HR Digital Transformation

(1) Facilitate the implementation of HR transformation initiatives, focusing on digitalization, AI enablement, and business process redesign.
(2) Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps by providing data-driven insights and translating business objectives into actionable project milestones.
(3) Support organizational readiness by coordinating communication efforts and assisting global stakeholders in the seamless adoption of new digital tools and workflows.

2. AI-Enabled Business Process & Service Redesign

(1) Identify high-value AI use cases across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, talent management, and employee services.
(2) Assist in the integration of AI technologies into HR workflows, decision-making, and service delivery models.
(3) Establish continuous improvement mechanisms leveraging automation, analytics, and AI-driven insights.

3. Stakeholder Coordination & Analytical Partnership

Prepare data-driven reports and transformation recommendations. Act as a key liaison across departments to foster innovation and enterprise agility.
Qualifikationen
1. 10~15 years of experience in enterprise transformation, management consulting, HR transformation, or digital project management.
2. Proven track record supporting large-scale transformation programs in complex, matrixed organizations.
3. Experience in facilitating AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives at enterprise scale.
4. Solid understanding of HR operating models, shared services, and HR technology ecosystems.
5. Prior experience in semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or multinational enterprises is a plus.
