Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Fab Production Planner to join our Production Planning Team! As a planner, you will be the driving force of production—leading strategic planning initiatives to enable our world-class manufacturing. You'll experience dynamic supply chain challenges of balancing supply and demand while identifying potential risks and opportunities for resilience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and align planning strategies to drive toward greater business value. This is a high-impact role where you will directly involve in shaping business outcomes and contribute to the greater success of our customers and company.

1. Provide robust master production schedule to operation teams.
2. Identify upside opportunity and downside risk during execution.
3. Coordinate with related planning organization and operation to fulfill customer requirement.
Qualifikationen
Basic Requirements:

1. Knowledge of semiconductor Fab/Backend operations processes.
2. Understanding of supply chain management principles and planning practices.
3. Good communication skills with awareness of business priorities.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team with a collaborative attitude.
5. Positive and resilient attitude when facing challenges and solving problems.
6. Detail-oriented and mindful work approach with a focus on quality.
7. Integrity, accountability, and a responsible work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Willingness to actively engage in innovative initiatives to improve planning effectiveness.
2. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin; TOEIC score of 750 or above is preferred.
