Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Zuständigkeiten
1. Leverage strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment to identify AI opportunities and define a compelling product vision that aligns with business objectives, focusing on delivering value-added improvements for semiconductor equipment engineers.
2. Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs, Software Product Manager(SW PM) expectations, and technical feasibility.
3. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including users, SW PM/DevOps, and AI DevOps to ensure the seamless development and delivery of AI-powered functions while maintaining high-quality standards.
4. Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends of AI, machine learning, and related technologies to make informed strategic product decisions.
Qualifikationen
[Required]

1. Minimum of 8 years semiconductor equipment related experience, or 5 years practical experience in overseeing the development and deployment of AI applications in industrial manufacturing equipment (e.g., Semiconductor, Robotics, Machine Tools, HVAC, etc.).
2. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a results-oriented approach.

[Preferred]

1. Experience in software product/project management.
2. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications, particularly in semiconductor or other industrial-related fields.
