Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Zuständigkeiten
1. Support the development of succession management and executive development best practices through successful delivery of focused projects/ initiatives.
2. Design and implements appropriate interventions to address and respond to TSMC succession management and leadership development needs.
3. Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. HRBPs) to implement actionable solutions and actively collects feedback for course correction and continuous improvement.
4. Research market/ industry best practices to enhance TSMC succession management and leadership development to ensure the effectiveness of quality and speed fits the best interest of the company.
5. Develop and source tools/ services to facilitate implementation and enable stakeholders to adopt good practices.
Qualifikationen
1. 5+ years of talent development / management experience in global companies or reputable consulting firms .
2. Preferably someone with postgraduate qualification in HR management, psychology, business management, or data science .
3. Sound project management skills .
4. Able to interpret / brief leading talent assessment tools and translate into practical development focus and actions  .
5. Professional level for both oral and written Chinese/ English.
