Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Zuständigkeiten
1. Conduct international assignee briefings, and be able to explain the policy philosophies and application independently.
2. Act as a main contact point for assignee and actively respond to incoming email and phone enquiries. Able to refer the enquires to right parties for further investigation.
3. Collect information and documents required for immigration process from assignees and be able to deal with large volume of applications within a short turnaround time.
4. Act as the first layer of advice for any global mobility related enquires from employees / line managers / stakeholders based on Global Mobility Policies and practice.
5. Build and develop a comprehensive FAQ of the Global Mobility policy and relocation related matters.
6. Maintain and keep track of any exceptional request and provide analysis / report on the impact to company.
Qualifikationen
1. Excellent customer service skills and mindset.
2. Good understanding of global mobility and relocation.
3. Ability to work under pressure and handle cases in batch.
4. Sensible to different cultures and flexible to suit differing cultural norms.
5. Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
6. 2+ years of overall work experience in international company, preferably on Global Mobility / Relocation consultancy, or with experience in engaging and managing employees from different culture/nations.
7. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS. (PeopleSoft)
8. Fluent in both Chinese and English. Japanese is a plus.
