Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Zuständigkeiten
1. Manage project plans and timelines for engagement projects. 
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
3. Manage project risks, issues, and changes.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors.
5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
6. Ensure project documentation is up to date and accurate. 
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 
8. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifikationen
1. Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resource Management, Psychology, Organization Studies, or social science.
2. 6+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years of experience in human resources roles in the corporate.
3. Analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate results accurately.
4. Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
7. Proficient in Chinese and English. 
8. Knowledge of survey design and administration is preferred.
9. Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred.
