Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Zuständigkeiten
1. Define HR metrics to collect Data Insights:

(1) Monitor the effectiveness of HR products (e.g., usage rate of IDP system, benefit programs, training programs).
(2) Detect needs for HR intervention (e.g., training needs, organization effectiveness).
(3) Informed decision making: validate assumptions / observations with ad-hoc data request / analysis (collaboration with Operations Council).

2. Collaborate with Product Council Leads in Building Effective & Integrated Digital Solutions:

(1) Be mindful of latest digital trend in HR and guide Product Council Leads to design new process / system accordingly.
(2) Serves as liaison between Product & Operations Council in the “Build” phase.

3. Digital pathfinding & strategic planning:

(1) Architect digital solution roadmap for HR products.
Qualifikationen
1. Qualifications:

(1) Master's degree in Business Management / Information Technology / Engineering / Human Resources / Data Science or related fields.
(2) Minimum of 15 years in system solution implementation or data analysis; minimum of 3 years in HR-related functions preferred.
(3) Demonstrated ability to manage complexity in global environments.
(4) Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
(5) Experienced in working with dynamic & agile team where dealing with ambiguity may be often required.
(6) Preferred – Scrum experience or certification.
