1. Responsible for RF technology roadmap definition and execution

2. Familiar with WiFi and Bluetooth integrated circuit market development and opportunities; understand and analyze the market dynamics of key players' landscapes

3. With mmWave auto radar and/or satellite communication experience is a plus

4. Good at customer engagement and business planning

5. Advise management team of market potential, penetration strategies, and customer positioning

1. Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field

2. At least 10 years of experience in IC design or marketing

3. Experience with N7/N5 technology development is a plus

4. Ability to analyze and interpret market information for strategy development

5. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional organizations

6. Fluent in English and Mandarin
