Job Responsibilities
1. Support the development of succession management and executive development best practices through successful delivery of focused projects/ initiatives
2. Design and implements appropriate interventions to address and respond to TSMC succession management and leadership development needs
3. Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. HRBPs) to implement actionable solutions and actively collects feedback for course correction and continuous improvement
4. Research market/ industry best practices to enhance TSMC succession management and leadership development to ensure the effectiveness of quality and speed fits the best interest of the company
5. Develop and source tools/ services to facilitate implementation and enable stakeholders to adopt good practices
Job Qualifications
1. 5+ years of talent development / management experience in global companies or reputable consulting firms 
2. Preferably someone with postgraduate qualification in HR management, psychology, business management, or data science 
3. Sound project management skills 
4. Able to interpret / brief leading talent assessment tools and translate into practical development focus and actions  
5. Professional level for both oral and written Chinese/ English
